LET's CONNECT
After you've had a chance to view the investment guide, the next step is to confirm your intent to book. After that, I'll send a booking proposal via email, where you can view and manage the contract and invoice at your convenience.
Once the contract has been signed and retainer paid, you're officially in!
PLANNING CONSULTATION
Once you're all booked in, I'll send over an in-depth questionnaire and a link to schedule your design consultation. This meeting is held via phone and is where we'll dive into the logistics of your session, the storylines we want to bring to life, outfit & location planning, etc.
It's an absolutely crucial step in the process! We'll also select a session date during this call. Most clients like to have 4-6 weeks between the consultation and shoot day, in order to have time to gather props and finalize wardrobe.
SESSION DAY!
The big day is finally here! Plan on your session taking 2-3 hours to complete. I will arrive about 30 minutes prior to our designated start time in order to unpack gear, scout locations, and help with any final wardrobe decisions.
Sit back and relax - I will guide you through everything you need to know!
GALLERY DELIVERY
Two weeks later, you'll receive your full gallery of images via email along with a commercial print release. A typical gallery is about 100-150 images, depending upon the final number of storylines, outfits, and props.
You are welcome to use your images however you see fit! Clients have put their images to use in email newsletters, websites, social media, and print collateral. The sky is the limit!

INVESTMENT
A 50% retainer is due at the time of booking to hold your place on the studio calendar. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your session date. The calendar typically books out 2-3 months in advance, although earlier appointments are occasionally available.
A la carte options such as hair and makeup services, travel, studio rentals, and professional styling services are also available and can be discussed during your design consultation.
The next step is to schedule a discovery call to make sure we're a perfect fit! I receive 200+ inquiries per year, and the calendar typically fills 2-3 months in advance. It's important that we connect ASAP so that we can get you on the schedule during your preferred timeframe!
